At Mysa Co., we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Change of mind returns We don't offer refunds for change of mind purchases, so please choose carefully before completing your order.

Damaged or faulty items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@mysaco.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damage or fault

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong item received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right immediately.

Refund processing Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.

Shipping costs Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
